This plate originates from an idea by chef Antonia Klugmann and her need for a special entrée plate that aligns with her style, versatile enough to be used in her tasting menu. Handcrafted at every stage by L’arte nel pozzo using fine Limoges white porcelain, this plate represents high craftsmanship updated to contemporary taste. The interior features a matte finish achieved through the ancient Roman technique of “terra sigillata”, providing a silky texture. Lightweight and artisanal, this plate is a fusion of refinement and versatility. It is microwave and dishwasher safe.
